Plan Cards

When a task needs more than one step, your avatar proposes a plan right in chat: what it intends to do, and the acceptance criteria that define "done." You review it before anything runs. Click Approve & start and a live checklist tracks progress step by step.

Creating Tasks

Beyond handing jobs over in chat, the task builder walks three steps:

  1. The job — which avatar, a name, and what you want done in plain language
  2. When — run once, or hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, in your timezone; set a priority
  3. How it reaches you — notification mode, delivery channels, tags, and whether to start paused

Four Views

  • List — tasks grouped by avatar, with a needs-attention strip on top when something failed or is waiting on you
  • Calendar — what runs when, month at a glance
  • Timeline — the run log: every execution, its outcome, and what it consumed in credits
  • Stats — success rates, trends, and per-avatar performance over 7, 30, or 90 days

Watching a Run

Every run has a glass-box detail view: each step, every tool call, and what each step consumed. If a step needs approval, approve it right there — or hand off the rest with Approve & auto-confirm rest. Even then, it still stops and asks before anything that deletes something, touches a stored secret, or calls out to an external system. You can cancel a run at any point.

Schedules

Scheduled tasks run themselves — daily, weekly, or monthly, at a time in your own timezone. You never see or write a cron expression: pick a frequency, a time, and (for weekly) which days.

Keeping Tasks Healthy

The needs-attention strip surfaces failures and long-paused tasks; retry, resume, or dismiss them in place. Any task can be paused, resumed, run immediately, or deleted (with confirmation) from its detail card.

Credits

Runs draw on your plan's credits, and each run's consumption is visible in the Timeline view. If credits run out, work stops and tells you — it never quietly overspends. See pricing for allowances.
