Library
The Library is where files live — the ones you upload, and the ones your avatars produce.
How it's organized
- My Library — your own space, with folders you create
- Avatar drives — each avatar has its own drive; work products land there automatically, organized by month
- Recent — everything touched lately, across drives
- Trash — deleted files, recoverable until you empty it
Folders support rename, move, share, and nesting; breadcrumbs keep you oriented.
Getting files in
Upload from the picker or drag files anywhere onto the page — multiple files queue up with progress and per-file retry. Files also arrive on their own: task deliverables, coding-project results, images you generate, and attachments from chat conversations all file themselves.
Uploading a newer take of an existing file? Use Upload new version on the file itself — it keeps one file with a version history instead of a folder full of near-duplicates.
Finding things
Search matches file names — and when a name doesn't match, it falls back to searching by meaning, so "the pricing sheet from last month" can find a file that isn't called that. Narrow results by type, tag, or which avatar produced them, and sort by name, date, or size.
Working with files
- Preview — documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, images, audio, video, code, and archives open right in the Workbench
- Select multiple — checkbox selection with shift-ranges, then move or delete together
- Share — create a view-only link with an expiry date
Storage
Your plan includes storage, shown as a meter in the sidebar. When it's full, uploads pause until you clear space or upgrade — nothing is deleted for you. Current allowances are on pricing.
