Core Concepts
Five words carry most of what you need to know about Weavin.
Avatar
An avatar is one venture — a dedicated AI operator for a single business you run. Each avatar keeps its own memory, its own desk, and its own connections. Run two businesses, and you have two avatars; they don't share context with each other.
Superpower
A superpower is an installable skill your avatar can run — a task-shaped capability like preparing a weekly summary or watching something on a schedule. Superpowers improve as you work together: when you correct your avatar, it may propose a change to how that skill works.
Every proposed change shows its evidence before you confirm it, nothing changes without your approval, and every version can be rolled back in a click.
Task
A task is a unit of work your avatar plans before it runs. For anything beyond a quick reply, it proposes a plan with acceptance criteria first — you approve, then it executes. You can follow along in four views: List, Calendar, Timeline, and Stats.
Memory
Memory is what your avatar has learned about your business — browsable, searchable, editable, and forgettable. The foundation is BUSINESS.md, a living playbook you edit directly: brand, customers, channels, and a Decisions section spelling out what it can decide on its own versus what must come to you.
Needs you
Needs you is the one list your avatar brings to you: things that cost money or can't be undone. Everything else, it handles and reports. If the list is empty, that's the system working — not something being hidden.
