Control exactly how loud your avatar is.
Four Modes
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| Always | Pushes immediately, for anything time-sensitive |
| Result only | Notifies when a task completes (recommended default) |
| Review only | Only pings you when something needs your approval |
| Silent | No push — everything's still visible in chat and on your desk |
Channels
Email is the default. You can also turn on browser push notifications for the devices you use. Each channel switches on or off independently.
Working Hours & Quiet
Set your working hours and timezone once, then choose how quiet time behaves:
- Batch the routine — non-urgent alerts collect into a digest instead of pinging through
- Let the urgent through — the kind of thing that would land in Needs you anyway still breaks through immediately
- Quieter weekends — reduce weekend noise separately from weekdays
Per-Avatar Overrides
Your mode and hours are global defaults. Any avatar can override either — useful when one venture needs quieter handling than another. Overridden avatars are labeled, so you always know which settings are in play.
