Billing
Weavin uses a simple, per-avatar subscription model. Each avatar has its own subscription and billing cycle.

How Billing Works
- Each avatar has an independent subscription
- Billing starts when you deploy an avatar
- Subscriptions renew monthly on the same day
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Viewing Your Subscriptions
Go to Settings > Billing in the dashboard to see:
- All active subscriptions
- The avatar each subscription is for
- Payment start date and renewal date
- Subscription status
Payment Methods
Weavin accepts:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Other methods supported by Stripe in your region
To update your payment method, click Manage Payment Method in Settings > Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update card details
- View invoice history
- Download receipts
Canceling a Subscription
You can cancel an avatar's subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings > Billing or the Avatar Detail page
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm in the dialog
After cancellation, your avatar continues running until the end of the current billing period. It will stop automatically after that.
Token Usage
If you use Weavin's built-in AI proxy (not BYOK), token usage is included in your subscription. You can monitor usage from the Avatar Detail page under the Metrics tab.
If you use BYOK, token costs are billed directly by your AI provider — Weavin does not add any markup.
FAQ
Can I get a refund? Contact us at info@weavin.ai within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Is there a free trial? Currently, we do not offer a free trial. However, you can cancel within the first billing cycle.
Do I need a credit card to sign up? No. You only need a payment method when you deploy an avatar.
